Complete Commercial Pool Renovation

After the facility was shut down by the state due to code deficiencies, Riverside Pool & Restorations completed a full renovation to help bring the pool and spa back into compliance for reopening.

The project included new waterline tile, premium plaster, skimmers, inlet returns, VGB-compliant main drains, underground plumbing repairs, commercial filters, chemical feed systems, and a complete pool deck replacement. We installed a vapor barrier, reinforced the new concrete with rebar, tied into the existing deck drainage, and upgraded the facility with modern trench drains and decorative concrete.

From the underground plumbing to the finished pool deck and interior surfaces, this renovation transformed an outdated aquatic facility into a safe, modern amenity ready to welcome guests once again.

Indoor Pool Renovation & Accessibility Upgrade

This custom indoor pool renovation transformed an outdated layout into a safer, more functional space designed for year-round exercise and enjoyment.

Our work included raising the pool floor, installing new main drains and plumbing, pouring a new reinforced concrete floor, and applying a new plaster finish. We removed the outdated spa to create more usable deck space, then carefully matched the original herringbone brick patio for a seamless look. Custom stainless steel handrails were fabricated to provide safe, comfortable access for low-impact exercise.
