Residential Pool & Spas

At Riverside, pools and spas are where the work gets personal.

Our start in pools and spas was commercial — hotels, apartment buildings, even trailer parks. We learned the craft in high-volume, high-expectation environments where there’s no room for error.

These days, there is no greater end to a job for us than watching our clients and their family jump into their new pool. That moment is what drives how we approach every project — with the same care whether it’s a backyard in Clearwater or a multi-unit property.

After over a decade of pools behind us, there is no job out of reach. Vinyl-lined pools, spas, and all the flatwork that surrounds them — coping, decking, steps, and beyond.

Let’s build something your whole family will want to jump into.

Built in the Deep End First

Before we ever built our first backyard pool, we were building them for hotels, apartment complexes, and trailer parks across the region. That commercial background gave us a foundation most residential contractors don’t have — volume experience, tight scheduling, and the discipline to get every detail right under pressure. It’s what made us ready for anything a residential job could bring.

From the Coping Down to the Last Step

The concrete work on a pool installation is more than just the surround. Coping, steps, entry features, and the finish of the surrounding flatwork all have to work together — visually and structurally. We handle it all as one continuous pour and finish, so nothing looks like it was added as an afterthought. The result is a space that feels designed from the water’s edge out.

Concrete That Can Take What Minnesota Dishes Out

Pool surrounds take more abuse than almost any other residential concrete surface — constant water exposure, heavy foot traffic, and freeze-thaw cycles that would crack lesser work. We use mixes and finishes appropriate for that environment. Brushed concrete surrounds, stamped coping, spa enclosures — built to stay looking right through years of use
