"The District" Apartment Complex - Grand Forks, ND
This is where our commercial pool work took a real step forward. This project meant delivering a full pool and hot tub install for a busy apartment complex, in tight quarters that left little room for error. Poor soil conditions called for soil correction, drain tile, and a lift station before we ever got to the pour. We coordinated every phase, from site prep through finished install, and delivered a pool and spa that residents use every day.

A full-scope commercial pool install for a busy apartment community. We were on site as a subcontractor when issues with the original contractor led to their termination, and we were trusted to step in, resolve the problems, and get it done right. We handled the pool and surrounding decking, delivering a finished space the property could be proud of and residents could actually enjoy.

"Preserve on Maine" Apartment Complex - Rochester, MN
Full commercial pool build for a large apartment community, including a 6,000 square foot stamped pool deck alongside a pool and hot tub combo. A project of this scale meant coordinating layout, drainage, and finish work across a wide footprint while keeping the site functional for residents throughout construction. The result is a durable, code-compliant amenity space built to handle years of heavy use.
